Xarelto 10 mg, 15 mg and 20 mg are no longer reimbursed in Belgium since 01-09-2024.

Xarelto 2.5 mg will continue to be reimbursed as before.

• One of the generics Rivaroxaban. If there is already a current reimbursement for Xarelto, no new application should be made.
• Another DOAC (apixaban, edoxaban or dabigatran). After stopping the reimbursement of Xarelto in CIVARS, a new application must be made, starting the following day, for the other DOAC.
